There's not much worse than seeing a notification that a package you're waiting for has been delivered and it isn't there.
Or chasing the UPS truck down the street because the driver knocked once and quickly left before you could get to the door.
Or finding a "sorry we missed you" sticker on your driveway gate even though you were home all day waiting for the truck.
Or finding your $1200 microphone sitting in the rain 100 feet from your house.
Actual experiences.
I don't get a knock on the door or a sticker.
FedEx has just claimed "no one was home" on their status page more than once. But of course the status got updated at the very end of the day and I was home, so I know they just didn't get to me that day.
It's one of those where my lady says I should complain, but I doubt it would really help and I don't want the guy I'm depending on to bring me my stuff intact to be mad at me...
