Sorry to hear that MM.....from the little I've read on PLAY, it's seems to be problematic from the get go. Hope they sort it out soon.

Are using composer cloud? If so you may need to refresh your licences in the iLok manager.

I can help, had the same issue.
Firstly check for any updates to Libraries that you own, download and apply.

Then you have to add ALL your libraries to the favorites box, bottom left hand corner of the GUI.
I think its right click in the post, select add new library, point to library on your hard disc
Do them one at a time and check they work.
I have about 8 libraries and they all worked fine doing it this way.
Hope that helps
Nigel

Boy, that seems crazy, Nigel... As mine all seem fine now, don't think I'll update play...

I found some posts over on EW that suggested deleting EWI files. and then restarting play and adding them as per the suggestions above and that worked.

My only other niggling little problem is some of the Piano Gold Instruments, particularly the Yamaha, throw a sample cannot be found/loaded  error, but when I search for the supposed missing sample its in the folder location... and the library is up to date.

I have Play on two machines and I had to do all that on the first one, and there was quite a bit in the way of trial and error to get it all to work again - I must admit I did think twice about doing the second one but as I knew how to make it work, I did it anyway - I have to say though, not really that sure what was in the update!!
