Really pleased. Also love Lounge Lizard, String Studio and the new acoustic 'n' electric Strum. Chromaphone too, but that one needs an update.

Apart from scrolling with keyboard keys, why do you say that Chromophone needs and update. What do you find lacking?

I haven't installed Tassman, nor the strums. I know I'm not going to use Tassmann and I'd prefer to invest time getting comfortable with my real guitars than with Strum. Despite having 2 guitars, I'm not a Guitar heavy music person.

Lounge Lizard, Chromophone, VA and String in that order I my preferences from AAS.

If they had a goofy low upgrade price on Lounge Lizard I would go for it, but the SONAR version sounds so good I don't know what I would be gaining. If someone wants to talk me into it, here I am. Be gentle.

Call me daft, but I kinda like the kidsy piano keys at the bottom, so would love that in a Chromaphone update.

Wouldn't they have to resemble a xylophone style layout?

So you are happy with the engine and functions?

I wonder about String taking a convolution approach to the Resonator bodies.

Yeah, particularly fond of Chromaphone. But I also dig that String Studio stuff. Both are my darlings, together with Lizard. Getting to know UltraAnalog and Strum a bit better now but, as for the latter, rtucker got me addicted to the quality of OrangeTreeSamples.

I recently replaced by DAW monitor with a 27 Inch 2560x1440. This update seems to make the interface similar in size to the previous interface on my old 24 Inch 1920x1080. I did not have an issue with the old interface size but the increase is justified, it was a bit on the small size.

I highly recommend a 2560x1440 monitor now the prices have dropped. While it does not give quite as much extra screen real estate as 2 1920x1080s it gives more high which is very valuable. If it wasn't for the cost I would have liked a Asus PQ321 31.5 inch 3140x2160.

Would love to see a pic of the 27" with SONAR on it, Glyn.
