I have two copies, but a few days ago I downloaded one last time for good measure using the link in the email they sent.
When downloading everything (horrible speed, btw), everything worked fine except the add-on packs - it threw an error about needing some file and the download failed. Pretty odd, since it's just the offline download.
Tried those separately, and it still failed.
I logged in and everything was showing up - the add-ons downloaded fine from there.
...then I double checked to make sure I pulled all the files in my account.
Jeff, the "Offline Download" instructions section had a specific note about this on their website.....here's the note:
Note: If you have any old copies of 'Alchemy-All-Presets.CamelSounds', remove this file from the desktop or the download path – this file has been known to occasionally conflict with the installer and is not required since the new installer uses a separate presets file for each library. @Arachnaut: Thanks for the link to Simon's site.....that'll be my next shopping ground. :))
