Just wanted to share our new single that we just finished recording, "I've Got A Way With You".  


The track was fully recorded and mixed inside of Sonar X2.  Hope you enjoy. 

I like this tune a lot.  The vocal reminded me of Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters, whom I admire very much.  My only nit is that the overall volume level of the song is low.  This could easily be fixed in the mastering stage, and you would have a gem on your hands.  Well done, and good songwriting.

Wow, what an interesting tune and performance.  I can't and don't really feel the need to nail down a genre.  It's just really good music.   I don't think I've heard any of your music before this.  I'll be looking for you.  I like this song and performance.

Well we are starting work on our new track on Monday so hopefully you won't have to wait long.

The new track is coming along nicely.  Still a bit early to share, but I think people will dig it when it is ready.

I think the problems start before the mastering stage. It sounds to me like the bottom end is using up overhead. There are some low boomy tones that do not need to be there. The vox and lead guitar are too low in comparison to the rest of the mix. Great song though. Get the levels right and you will have a winner.

+1 what fox said. One of the two guitars in the center is pushed so far back that it loses a lot of power. Vocals are also a little too low, IMO.

The stereo chorused guitar needs to be a bit wider and thinner.

I'd say, tighten the low end, get rid of some "mud", then adjust your levels. I think you'll find the song "pops" much better after that.
