markno999 keys up, check. this 2nd mix really cranked the organ up over the first one, i think it's mostly there, but there are a few spots where i need to automate the mix and bring it up and down...
when you study the original mix, it's quite a lesson in riding sections of the songs to expose or pull back all the parts at different times.
there is a LOT less sustain on Blackmore's guitar, for example, than it seems at first blush.
it become real apparent, when he hits certain chords, and the sound just dies out, it almost mixes itself.
iv'e got about twice the gain on my parts that he used, i prefer his less gainy method.
