bayoubill & Old55, thanks for listening and I'm happy you enjoyed these.   I'm still trying to wrestle them to the ground but I think I'm making progress.  

Dave, I've enjoyed the journey with these two songs over the last several months.  They are finally coming to fruition.  I think you've done a marvelous job on these tunes, especially I AM THE WALRUS.  Thanks for your hard work.

Lynn, I'm so pleased you don't mind following along on this stuff!    I consider Walrus to be one of Lennon's masterpieces and it deserves everything I can do, to make it as good, as  can be.   I got the new main vocal installed yesterday and it has not been pitched, nor is there any compression on it yet.   About the only thing I did was get levels set and added some reverb.   Last night, my partner heard the new vocal tracks in the mix and claims he's going to re-sing it, because he thinks he can deliver an even better performance.    So, there's prolly another version down the road yet.  

On The Word, I'll be getting the drummer over to do real drums for that one.   The SD3 drums just aren't quite cutting it.   I'm fairly happy with the new guitar part though and the vocals still need a bit more attention.
