There's times I'm sure they get swamped.  I would email them when I didn't get a code and then it would arrive.
My second place to buy is from Sweetwater - free shipping and it's fast.  When I lived in IL, I got my stuff the next day. Best free shipping ever.  



Chuck's a great guy...he definitely has done great things with Sweetwater.  
I lived right down Highway 30 about 15 minutes from Sweetwater.  That
was a BAD thing because I always wanted to stop there...LOL
