SKnote has announced the imminent release of
SoundBrigade, described as "a brigade of filters with a mission".
A set of filters acts in the selected region of the frequency spectrum, collaborating together for a common goal:
- Tame peaks (e.g. de-essing, controlling resonances).
- Balance the spectrum of an instrument.
- Wake-up tracks by compressing frequency bands and filling holes in the spectrum.
- Balance the overall spectrum of a song.
Its unique structure makes effects simple and effective. Select the band of action, set a few parameters and fine tune it.
Soundbrigade is being released June 16th, 2015, for Mac OS X and Windows in VST and AU plugin formats.
