I was one of the first to buy the new version, yet I've probably had a dozen marketing emails since then promoting the subscription model and the upgrade.
I don't mind getting emails - you could send me a fresh, relevant email every day and I would be tickled. But getting marketing emails over and over for a product I've already bought - that just sucks.
Please have your marketing department segment your active and non-active customers and market accordingly.
