I was one of the first to buy the new version, yet I've probably had a dozen marketing emails since then promoting the subscription model and the upgrade.
 
I don't mind getting emails - you could send me a fresh, relevant email every day and I would be tickled. But getting marketing emails over and over for a product I've already bought - that just sucks.
 
Please have your marketing department segment your active and non-active customers and market accordingly.

Whatever system they use has always sucked. Over the years there have been many here  that have practically begged to get the emails who never do despite having subscribed. I used to get them, but they stopped a few years ago now. I have the same email address I've always had, so go figure. (No they don't go in my junk folder). I guess they're not that bothered as it has been pointed out many times by many people.

Not really, I was just trying to let the OP know not to hold his breath waiting for it to be sorted.
 
You seem to have all my VST plug-ins as well. Feel free to to send them over.

I also get them........I silently think "hey, I already had this since Jan......... shouldn't a potential customer be getting this instead?"...............then delete and see what interesting stuff is in my junk folder.

They fixed my email problem last year, lasted about an email or two. Fixed it this year, got one email and I seem to have dropped of their lists again. They use some useless third party company, and yes I can say useless, because I am without use of their emails.

Many companies outsource their email campaigns to a third party that does not have access to complete customer information. I don't know if CW does this, but would not be surprised if they do.
