This is really cool! I love the off the beaten path stuff. Definitly a breath of fresh air.

Thanks a lot Robert!

I'm not sure what a Svartmoot is, but the first 30 seconds had me crawling under my desk and hiding .  Very emotive and foreboding opening.  Liked the piece very much James.  Did you consider timpanis in there?

James,

Sounds good.  Stands on it's own but I could definitely hear this in a action movie, like one of the Bourne movies for example.

Regards

Thanks a lot Mark. Big fan of those movies, so I'll take that as a compliment.

I hear Tool in there somewhere. Very cool stuff and nice textures!

Dan

Thank you Dan! Really like your new one. Tool are a band I've only heard in passing, but I'll delve a bit deeper now you've mentioned them.

Not all of Tool's stuff is that good, but there is one album of theirs that I really love. Same kind of textures and brooding that slowly builds. I think you'll find some stuff you like from them.

Dan

This is crazy but in a good way. You certainly capture me and maybe I thought it was a little bit to short. Very good indeed.

Nothing I can say to make it better...the mix is superb.

James, that's one huge compliment, thank you so much. 100% headphone mix btw..

I like this a lot James, but some of the Bass's low notes are farting-out in the mix... the toms sound great...

Thank you Frank! I did use a kinda 'farty' synth bass

James this is cool.  This is the kind of stuff I put on when I reading a novel... I like a soundtrack with my book and this would be perfect.   The overdriven guitar works really well, I really like the breaks.  OK  I blame you for doing this whole thing.. really well!

Thanks Daryl! You just reminded me, I used to listen to 'Tubular Bells' while reading this book
