Sonar 7, Yamaha keyboard, American Strat, X3 Live, Multiface2, and brother Doug first attempt at vocals (can't say anything - I can't sing at all) but I like the guitar! We are working on more pieces.

Cap - I love this. The guitar sounds really nice. I like Doug's voice - but IMHO - it needs to come up in the mix a bit. I think this is really cool - good job.

The first minute of this song reminded me more of Hendrix than Gilmore, but after that it become quite recognizable as Gilmore style. I find it most impressive that you both captured the tone and the technique of Gilmore. I agree with Mark that the vox need to come up, and I think (I will know better when the levels are up) a tad less verb on them. I think for the future, I recommend you try to project a bit more vocally. I can hear the restraint as tension in the vocals that projecting might loosen up. The snare is also too sharp and present for my tastes (or at least in contrast to the vocals). The fade out is awful. What happened there ? Otherwise, this is outstanding.

You chose a very difficult Floyd song to cover, and you did a heck of a job on it.  Mark and Shad have good advice for the vox.  I look forward to hearing more from you, and welcome to the forum.

That's a very faithful cover, good job. I wouldn't be shy about bringing the vocals up in the mix, they sound fine.

Sounded just like the original to me, very nicely captured.

Having covered the 'Money' solo myself, I can testify that while Gilmour's solos may sound simple, it's all in the feel, the phrasing and the accurate bends. All really well executed here.
