My brother the programmer had gastric bypass last year. He's doing well and has lost over 150 pounds (and counting).

My doctor clipped off a tiny sliver of one of my fingernails. He carefully lowered the clipping into a plastic bag and sealed it with a Bio-Hazard sticker. He held the tiny fingernail shard in front of me and said, "This is the part you can keep. Lose the rest."
 
I think he and I may have different goals.

that's great, Greg!  I remember you said he was very overweight and had a lot of health issues.

The becan diet is keeping me in shape!

I don't understand this obsession with food.  I'm going to edit some MIDI notes in my DAW instead...
