A hack you are by no means. I wish I could play guitar half as well as you play that fiddle.

Excellent work!!! I love hearing you play.

Scott,

Not bad for a "mere hack trying to get by"   Very impressive work.   Couldn't find a single flaw even after 3 or 4 passes;)   Your playing is so good but you make it sound effortless, great job.

All the mere hacks I know, could never do that... I do know a couple of pros that could maybe come close, but they would never admit to it...  I'm confident they would be as dazzled as I...

I've told you before about my fiddling father and grandfather.  This is just the kind of stuff they loved.  Dad was more of noodler and grandpa played in bands in the early 1900s.  Love the harmonies.  This like a wall of fiddles!   And superbly played as always.

Lynn,
Thank you very much!

Foxy,
Thanks!!! Glad it sounded good to you and made you wanna dance.

Markybro,
So ya think it's funky? Must have been the bass line coming out of the stop rhythm, eh?

Guitarpima,
Thank you very much! I'm glad you like my little fiddle tune. I do consider myself a mere hack for the simple fact that I still have so much more to learn. Hall of Fame member or not, there's always more to learn. That's what I love about my hobby.

Chasmcg,
Thanks for listening and I'm glad you liked it!

Markno999,
Thank you sir! You're a mighty brave soul to have listened to this 3-4 times through. LOL. Funny that you say it sounds effortless, because it is. I just go on autopilot and let her rip!

Frank
Thanks a lot, man! Send your pro friends over to give me some lessons...or swap lessons...or something.

Daryl,
Thanks of the nice comments! I wish I could have met your father and grandfather. We could have had an incredible amount of fun. I began listening to and playing this kind of music when I was ten years old and it quickly got into my blood.

Grant,
Thanks for your request along with that of James1213. Glad you loved it. Happy hoofing!!!

Yeah, Scotty, like Frank said .  Seriously, that was great.  Can't believe you played ALL those parts.  You, sir, are a monster talent.  Take a bow!

Well said Scotty! Student/teacher. An oxymoron but probably the most relavant one for life.

You're too kind, Phil. (Bowing away)
If memory serves me correctly there are five different instruments in there; Fiddles, guitar, bass, keys and drums. I enjoy doing the one man band stuff. It's even more fun when I get a group of guys to learn all the parts and do this stuff live. Thanks again!
