Update #2

Thank you everyone for all the feedback and comments.

Things got really crazy all of a sudden here at work, not to mention personal family routines have keep me very busy.  As a result, I have not had much time to incorporate some of my own personal observations and forum comments regarding this song.

All that to say that Frank offered to take a stab at mixing the song for me .  This is the first time I've done anything with Frank.  This song initially did not start out as a collaboration but it sure has turned into one.  Frank, thanks for you interest in this song and most of all, thanks for your friendship!

Frank made some welcome tweaks and changes, all of which I am not totally clear on.  I have not had much time to really sit down and make note of exactly what has been done. The obvious is he redid his guitar part, the ending got tweaked some and he mixed and mastered the song.  There is a noteable difference overall.   Thanks again Frank!

I'm calling this one done!

This sounds great to me, but could possibly benefit from more orchestration,
and a nice vocal harmony arrangement...
Rich, with your permission, I'd like add a few parts and remix this again...

What type of vocal harmony did you have in mind?  Female Vox would be awesome!

Go ahead add, dice, slice, remix to your hearts content

Fine song and performance.   Vox are outstanding.   Looking forward to future updates.   As Frank mentioned, I think some orchestration would be a good addition.   Personally, I would use it toward the middle of the song as a build up to when the drums and guitar come in at the end.   Maybe some vocal harmonies too.  But, really good as it stands.

Regards

Beautiful intro.  Lead vocal is perfect.  I love the lyrics and melody - they work so well together.
I like the spareness of the arrangement.  Harmony on the last chorus would be a nice touch.  I can hear this in church just the way it is.
