Well done, Ed, and I'll bet the Lovely Lady was Glad All Over when she heard this.

Thanks Phil. Yes she was.

I've always liked this song, Ed, but if you remix it - you might consider turning the bass drum down a notch or two, as it was louder than your vocal on my speakers.

You're a good & thoughtful husband Ed, but I hope you got her a card & candy too...
I just read that the original bassest with the DC5 died at the age of 72... I can remember when they were competing with the Fab4 for the hearts of teens worldwide...

Very good effort Ed... brings back fond memories of a magical time... for me...

Almost exactly the same as when I was a just small rug and saw them live.

Sounds great to me! I love the sound of the drums. What did you use for those?

Nice job Ed! Pump those vocals up a little next time....you're getting better at them now, so no need to hide yourself. You've come a long way with the vocal stuff. Good for you....the more ya do it, the better you get. At least that's what I keep telling myself even if I don't really believe that on my behalf...lol.

Ed,

Nice one.   At the end of the day, it is the thought that counts so you hit the mark from all aspects.

I'm still sometime araid to let my voice stand out front, and The Lovely Lady (although not technically savvy like the boom boom of a kick and bass; go figure).

I saw them too. But not plating. They cam to a local theater where their movie was playing  and came out and waved to us. Even at that tender age (before I knew how to play an instrument) I felt so ripped off.
