Cleaning out my studio and found an old soundcard:
Edirol (Roland) FA 101

It was working fine last time I used it, although it's been years.
Roland's Website still has drivers for the unit up to Windows 8.1

It uses firewire only; the preamps are decent.

FREE for the asking.
