Thanks Bill.

I actually did the updates over the weekend, but I'm not happy that all of this is automatically installed on my OS drive (SSD.....running out of room), and it seems a bit complicated in routing it to different drives (I have 3 seperate drives designated for OS, samples, and projects).
A lot of people are having this issue (from all the threads on it), so hopefully Cake will be doing something about it for the future installs via CCC.

Me too Mesh. I went back and moved samples etc. I think I have things where I want them now. I played with the bark of the dog thingy with a drum track last night. Pretty cool!

Will have to check out that bark of the dog......and if I don't know how to do it, someone will show me how to walk the dog?

Now that I. Know how to use the Dos command mklink, I spent a little while placing junction links in all the default locations for data that is part of any Cakewalk installations and I can just let CCC do its thing and all the files will go where I want.

This is good news Mike. I saw this discussion in the forum upstairs, but don't know enough about the mklink to go ahead and make any changes (yet). Since you've already accomplished this, I might have to bug you for some help before doing jumping in.
