Lived in Australia most of my life, the becan is a bit chewier, has small bones pieces and is a larger cut but tastes great. Whereas in the US, I've been having Farmland becan, its so much more tender and also tastes great. IMHO, US wins.
I use the remainder becan fat to season my cast iron cookware, my large 14" pizza pan by Lodge is awesome for cooking all sort of goodies such as, oven fries and crab cakes (non-stick, no mess)!
