I've try the update but i can't record the midi output to "print" the chords from Komplete Kontrol to Sonar.
Anybody knows how to do it?

My Komplete Kontrol VST "dll" file isn't showing up in any of my VST folders.  Not sure where it got installed.  It runs standalone on the desktop.  But Sonar does not see it on scan.  Anyone know where it gets installed or resides so I can copy it over to one of my folders??

look in the C:\program files\steinberg\vst...

That's usually where these things default to...

Either that or uninstall and then do a custom reinstall telling it to go to 
C:\program files\Cakewalk\vstplugins...

I know this sounds crazy Larry, ol pal.  And I'm such a dimwit...but...since I used the multi program downloader/installer thingy to install Komplete Kontrol along with a bunch of other stuff I can't find a separate uninstall/reinstall for KK.  Uninstalling is easy, I guess, but reinstalling...not so much.  I've looked just about everywhere for that dern "dll" file.  And even when I do a search for same the box says no such animal exists.  Sigh.  Thanks for all your help.  Looks like I'm gonna need all I can get:-)
