I've bought a good number of piano VSTi's and the videos and audio (wav mp3 etc) demo's sound great. When I record them they sound different. They don't sound bad they just don't sound like the demo's. I just bought the Ravescroft 275 piano and it sounded great in the demo's but not when i recorded it. I think some of these VSTi piano's are to be played live or something. The Ravenscroft sounds very nice playing it through my monitors but not as nice recorded. Mybe I'm doing something wrong. IDK. Maybe my ear's going on me? Hope not.
