I shouldn't be a jerk. I'm EST so whenever I need to call them I wait until 1pm on weekdays. I think their phone hours are very slim and a little annoying but it's a smallish company so do we really want a jack up in price to have to pay dudes to sit on their nuts for ten hours a day waiting for calls?
They should maybe consider adding a couple hours on the weekend or extending into the evening a bit for the gainfully employed folks though. Many hobbiests using Sonar and they need those jobs to spend their paychecks in the Cake store so being able to get phone support at least a couple days a week after 6-7pm would be helpful or saturday afternoon calls... somethin'.
Anytime I call though I get a dood on the phone very quickly. Very nice fellows and we always end up shooting the shiz about this that or the other while solving the issue at hand.
