This is completely new territory for me, so apologies when I come off as less than knowledgeable!

In short, I've been collaborating with some people for my latest album, and they're interested in having professionally-done physical copies of said album. Right now, they're interested in artwork on the CD itself, as well as cover art, front and back, and a lyrics booklet.
What I'm needing to know is the following: do any of you know of companies that offer such a service? If so, could you recommend any of them? I'm sure they're out there, but as I said, completely new territory, so I have no clue where to even begin!

Well everyone has probably heard of Diskmasters. I have no experience of their products or services, but if the diligence and quantity of their unsolicited email advertising is any indication they are a big player. You can get pretty much anything you need there, but use an alternate email address if you deal with them.
