the only way to eat crawfish is to pinch the tail and suck the heads..
 
 

 

I'm always a little disturbed by those restaurant-type cartoons..I mean, why is the chef a crawfish? Is he going to cook himself? Why has he got an 'evil villain' leer on his face? Same goes for pigs and cows in chef's hats..weird man, weird.

But Chick-Fila had it right with the cows with placards stating eat more chiken'
 

 

I tried crawfish just once (in Norlins)......it didn't appeal to me at all (especially when the "inners" or the crawfish are still attached ).
 
However, the shrimp etouffee was excellent......folowed by some beignets.
 
(the chef on this occasion, had a....uhmmmmm.....a chef's hat on)
