I'm not sure what they call it but I kept seeing photos of self-absorbed celebs I've never heard of clutching gold statues of some dude, and some bum or other was on stage in his underpants, don't know what that was about.

Every movie star needs a trophy sharke. The rest probably got participation ribbons and were told how important they are by the press. Ratings were way down...so there is some hope for humanity.
