Huh...   I just noticed that PTLE doesn't seem to be on the upgrade list. Not that I have any dire need, but interesting none the less.

As long as you do the "perpetual" you still keep it...
It's only if you do the "$299 a year or $29.99 a month" that you don't
keep it...

I have the perpetual license...

Yes, I already owned the full version of Pro Tools.  My upgrade to 11 was $199 (and further discounted when purchased from JRR).  It gave me Pro Tools 11, 12, and 2016 perpetual Licenses...after that I will have to 
pay $199 in 2017 if I want to continue to upgrade.  But, regardless,  I still own the product and am 
technically not "subscribing"...

I guessed I missed the boat then...   The $199 upgrade to v12 doesn't list pre-v9 PTLE as a candidate, though it does include Express and M-Powered.   Odd.
