Ah... gotcha. Well if you want my advice about song development etc... I would say... don't. The world does not need any more country music with corresponding nasty twangs and fake "good ol' boy" accents. (I am joking of course, I just have nothing useful to give WRT song development in this genre other than he sounds great and you are on the right track I think - encourage him to project more like he does on the second link as that works well for him - mic sounds fine).

We are feeling that the piano parts are a bit rushed... I had mentioned it when we were tracking and Cousin Williams recognized it the next day on playback.

Having these scratch tracks helps me get organized and prepared for the next go round.

I played some bass and guitar on the "Always on MY Mind" track yesterday but I'm still searching for the parts that serve the song and support it while staying out of the way.
