Somewhere, parked at a remote truck stop along an interstate highway, Frank removes his stiletto heels.  After rubbing his aching feet, he slips on his steel toed boots.  With a sigh, he settles behind the wheel of his big rig.  Glancing in the mirror, he chuckles quietly.  "Well, that sure got 'em riled up!" he drawls.

This offtopic post, which has no relation to this thread or the OP in any way, has been brought to you by the Coffee House.  "Off-Topic?  We Am."

FWIW I do agree that there has been much bashing, name calling, threats and gnashing of teeth.  I do not disagree with that.  I also think that it's been worse in the last few months than it ever has been before, even tho there is always a good amount of negativity and complaining after a new release.

I happen to agree with JB, however, that she's come in with guns blazing drawing attention to herself over a crticizing post which was nothing more than more negativity and lacking in any type of resolution.  Her post did nothing to resolve the negativity, but stirred it up more.

If she wanted to really contribute to resolving the atmosphere of this forum then she would become an active participant and passively help deter those who are negative instead of just making bold broad accusations without any plan for a resolution.

I totally respect where you, JB and others are coming from on this and I see how it can be taken that way as well.

I love those 419 emails - allows me to practice my hobby of creating and tweaking MS Outlook rules that nuke 'em on approach before they land...

Which is more entertaining?  Semame Street or the Cakewalk forums?

Same form of entertainment, kids throwing toys out of pram?

Let's see...  Colorful characters, scary looking but mostly harmless monsters, juvenile humor, an unhealthy fascination with certain foods, and endless repetition...

Oh, and Sesame Street's good, too.

I'm going with the Coffee House.  (Because I can't watch Sesame Street at work.)

Depends if Bapu is present or not and if he's convinced any of us to run around yelling "wubba wubba wubba"...
