Which is more entertaining? Semame Street or the Cakewalk forums?

Same form of entertainment, kids throwing toys out of pram?

Now you see how word useage can tell us a lot about a person's country of origin.  Note the use of the word "pram".  This is distinctly Japanese, as we in the U.S. would say "preamble".

(It took me a long time to figure out what "I like to push the pramalot" meant...)

yeah, Poco, but it also shows how we can jump to the wrong conclusion.  John (wookiee) is not Japanese nor does he live in Japan.
How do you know he's not from Japan unless you've actually visited him at his home?

Because he said so.  and he's a Wookiee.  and he'll rip your arms off if you disagree with him.

See there...I KNEW that Steve was from the United Kingdom.    Look at the way he used the word "three".  Dead giveaway.  Preceded by a preposition then follow with a contraction.   Yep....that is just how they write.  Can't fool me cause I knows me english - both kinds.

I've been in the presence of Mr. Straummy and I can vouch for his Englishness. I've been the presence of Mr. Jonbouy. I can vouch for his excessive transaction fees English hospitality, too.

I did not understand a feckin' word they said. Maybe we did not do enough word association with hand gestures?

All I know is that right after Bub joined, the Coffee House started selling brains next to the bran muffins.  Man.  You do not want to get those mixed up first thing in the morning.  At least, not the second or third time.
