See. There's the problem, Straummy. As a European, (sort of) you're used to thinking of yourself as a citizen of the world. You embrace other cultures and learn their languages. As a result, you spoke to Bapu using both English and Spanish. (Note you usage of the word, "Ed".)
That's just too much multi-culturalism for one Bapu to handle.
