In the murky depths contained in the distant past of this thread, you'll note Carissa herself brought the gender question up because she signed up with a male name and US email and then appeared on the forum as Carissa from Sweden and wondered why one of the mods deemed to question it.

Strange but true.

Right and women often just have listed as their first name just their initial in the phone book.So ok register with a fake name , email , etc to protect your identity for safety.
