i have to wonder how many people know what i am referring to.  In any case, this thread is not about a fictional book but thoughts on what i would have thought would be a far more controversial at the grammys:  Tenacious D won best metal album.  That is far more shocking than Beck winning over the favored Sam Smith and not a peep was uttered about it among the metalheads here.
 
 

Perhaps not as controversial as when Jethro Tull won it in 1987 for 'Crest of a Knave' (most of which sounds like Dire Straits tbh). Metallica got all upset. Again.

I actually like Tenacious D, but find them even being nominated odd.
