I think I have heard this before Scotty, but that doesn't matter, quite happy to enjoy it again. There's a direct lineage between American 'Mountain Music'
and Scots/Irish traditional music, so there's no escaping the Celtic influence.

Strangely, the 'chorus' section reminded me of Gary Moore...

Ha... Elizabeth Warren would love this... this European sounding reel would have us believe it's an indian tune...

Expert performances Scotty, but maybe a little over compressed,,, not unlike the Senator-elect...

Excellent Scotty - great skip to the beat in the 'celtic' sections

This is a cool song, but I don't get the native American connection.  Unless you're including the Irish.

Herb,
I like that analogy! Thanks!

James1213,
Thanks for that info. I also have celtic blood in me so no matter what I play, there is no escaping the celtic influence for me. LOL.

Frank,
European, eh? Now I'm totally cornfoosed. LOL I recorded this in a friend's studio and he did the over-compressed mixing on it. I think I would have given it a warmer and more open mix if I had my choice.

daryl1968,
Thanks! Glad ye liked it!

Lynn,
It's in the drum beat in the chorus sections. I guess the addition of the lady from Ireland playing the bodhran really threw it to the Celts. LOL.

It appears the general consensus is that this I should change the song title to the Native American Leprechaun

Love me some tribal beat!  If anyone can make a mix sound like a party. . . you be the man.  KUDOS!

Definately sounds like and Irish Indian tune   I sounds a lot like a tune I wrote for fiddle on MIDI years ago, although you are far better on the strings than I could ever be plunking out fiddle lines on the keyboard.

Nicely done and very catchy.
