Janet said something the other day regarding only music related subjects being allowed in the coffee house; I always assumed that any subject (except politics/religion) was allowed as long as it was presented in a civil and non-offensive manner.
Janet's quote:
They allow "general discussion" in the Coffee House, but it is still expected to be primarily music related chat between musicians. The coffee house rules state:
Discussion of off-topic music related subjects. No politics. No religion. Enjoy!I'm not quite sure what an off-topic music related subject is; but my understanding of that sentence is only music related subjects are allowed in the coffee house.
Not trying to be a wise ass but it seems the majority of coffee house posts are not music related (including most of my past posts) So, what is the rule here?
Just about every current event has some political or religious overtones, even if none is intended. Are they off limits too?
