Where I live we don't really have powder, just some dust.

I'm in NC..... what's snow?
 
Seriously... there are few true powder days here..... the closest we come is the first one down the slope in the morning when the temps have been 20 or lower and the snow machines have been blowing all night long.... and it might be a few inches deep at most.... nothing like Alta.

Oh...Sorry, I guess this is about skiing...

My wife and brother in law are at Copper right now. He has been in Breckenridge for the last few days so he'll appreciate some new snow before he heads home. Wheeze, sniffle, cough, cough................um, uh boss......
