In you OP.....(it's just my workplace that filters a lot of stuff.....shows it only as a red x).

Not sure I agree that 250-800Hz is "muddiness" for a bass. Maybe around the 200-300 region but I find that adding a little 400 or 800Hz adds definition.

Yeah, I like a boost about 760-780 and cut drums and organ or piano. I think that's why being a right hand only keyboard player is a good thing. That's a lot of mud you don't have to fix. I have made a point of listening to see how many keyboard parts were right hand only and I've been surprised. It's more than I would have guessed.
