Yeah. I can't get one of these host types to combine my old account with this one or vice versa ... I can not even login from work, and I was barely able to get the account going on Chrome at home. That combine process is a joke and needs to be simplified ... the browser at work won't even display it ... it's like the "continue" or "click" button is disabled. Had the same issue here at home on IE and I'm on 8.1 Windows and have no issues anywhere else!

Hosts don't have the power to combine accounts.  only admins...and even then I don't know if they can or not.

To get the new upgrade I had to get my accounts straightened out (old account to new with a merge). Sent in a trouble ticket to support and it was done quite quickly.
