Heh...funny you should say that..see the guy pretending to 'conduct' the band? That's David Palmer, the 2nd keyboard player/strings arranger in the band at that time.
 
She's now 'Dee Palmer' and yep, wears a dress.

The worst thing about this thread for me is that after I clicked through to the original vid Straummy had posted now my YouTube page is filled with nothing but STRAWB!!!!!!!!
