Beeps...you found your calling. Convoy singer by day, merciless shredder by night! :) I know the feeling in regards to "if you asked me 15 years ago". I just did a (get this) rap segment for a client for a commercial. I've been an Ebonics major since 11th grade and he couldn't find anyone else to do it, so I showed him what I could do and he and his wife lost it and hired me. I'm the "legal disclaimer guy" that decides the legal disclaimer isn't written correctly while reading the script. LOL! I start out all good and get to a certain point in the script that doesn't sit well for me and go all gangster on him. Hahahahaha! Anyway, great job on this to you and everyone else that took part. I really enjoyed this.

Hahahaha that's a good one too! They'd need Jeff Evans or James Collins or someone with the Aussie 'cent though to make it funnier. Throw in a few Crocodile Dundee snips or even Steve Irwin (God rest his soul). I once told my ex she was "cute like a lil wombat". She changed her Yahoo avatar to a Wombat and never talked to me again...hence why she's my ex. LOL! :)

Cheers guys. I'll start working on it when I get into my new space. I've been tossing around the idea of putting together an album's worth of country covers to amuse my mom. Convoy would fit nicely into that.

BTW I think it was my cover of Johnny Cash of Don't Take Your Guns to Town that prompted the Monkeys to invite me on this track. If you missed it here's the thread...
