Is there a list of what pieces are included? I'm watching the video  but seems to be just cymbals so far.
They sound excellent but not really something I need.
Looking on  I'm not sure if making a donation would get me the library or not?

We realize this is a bit confusing - that link is the original fundraiser on the Justgiving web site, but which is no longer taking donations: last December, we teamed up with VI-Control to handle the donations (40% of the proceeds go to them, to help pay for the cost of the VI-C v.2.0 web site, 60% goes to to the Mr. Holland's Opus foundation). 
 
 
Until next Tuesday 31 March 2015, PERC+ (and the expansion) can be obtained by making a minimum donation of 25 USD through VI-Control. Please find us on Facebook (Lux Nox sample libraries) or send us a message if you need more information (this forum does not allow new members to post urls so we can't do that here straight away).

I'll paste in the NKI/patch list of PERC+ including the expansion, below. As you can see, other than cymbals and gongs (which is indeed the emphasis of the library) it also contains darabuka, doumbek, tambourines (w/ and w/o skin, and oriental)  prepared frame drums, all kinds of object percussion - often metallic sounding (air duct, vacuum flasks, industrial coffeemaker) and assorted little percussion, prepared piano, viola da gamba percussion, and a number of tuned patches made from a.o. the bell and object percussion material. The expansion added quite a bit of 'non-cymbal' content to PERC+. 
 
Again, the 'new' status of my membership here sadly does not (yet) allow me to post urls but if you send us an e-mail we'll send you the fully annoted Instruments PDF which comes with the library. It's a 148-page document with detailed descriptions and mapping info for every patch. Alternatively, this document can be downloaded directly from a link on our facebook page, it's in the post dated 20 February (currently the 5th post on the page).

Do the links for download come via email only? I am not sure what to expect as far as the process goes. My email account is rather convoluted, so not sure where such an email would go to folder-wise (or what to search for).

Hi - links are indeed delivered via e-mail, but those are obviously not the files themselves, but links to the files online which you need download. So it won't clutter your Inbox with lots of data. 
 
And to anyone who is on the fence: feel free to send us an e-mail and we'll give you a link to a fully functional trial version of the original PERC+, with a selection of 10 of the 64 patches (the expanded version has twice that amount), at no cost, and no obligation of course. That way you can evaluate how the downloading/installing goes - and of course, the sound quality and playability of the library. (We didn't make a separate trial version for the expansion content, though - because that one is free of charge for registered PERC+ users, anyway.)
 
On a final note, please bear in mind that:
1) this library requires the "full" retail version of KONTAKT 5.1 or higher - i.e. it's not really compatible with the free KONTAKT PLAYER (like all 3rd party libraries not specifically licensed for the free PLAYER version, it would run in 'DEMO' mode and time out after 15 minutes, requiring a restart).
2) PERC+ is a rather large library, the total download burden of the original library and the expansion is ca. 10+5=15 GB.
