First of all, my apologies for taking so long to respond but the end of a semester is always a busy time.
Hi
Kenny. Thank you for your kind comments. "They" say that rock 'n roll was derived from the Blues and country music --- so, maybe Bluesabilly might be appropriate?
Hi
Robby. I'm am very glad that you enjoyed it and thanks for the great visual images. I hope that you have a very merry Christmas!!
Thank you
Herb! I have always loved most Christmas music but I have always really enjoyed the Christmas Blues and R & B songs (e.g., Merry Christmas Baby).
Thanks
Daryl! I'm glad that it brought a smile to your face.
Hello
Eko. Thanks for listening and for the kind comments.
Thank you
Lynn. It is a bit rough as I did this in a hurry. However, I must admit that I am a big fan of live music in little clubs and dives. I love the energy and that under-produced (as opposed to over-produced) sound. I am also always amazed how the old studio producers/engineers (like Tom Dowd) got the sounds that they did back in the 1940's and 1950's. Thanks again for the feedback!
Hi
Bob. Thanks for the kind words and feedback. I always appreciate your taking the time to respond. Having never been touring or having never played anything except college fraternity parties (ah, the good old days) -- so,I never know if I am getting the live feel right. Thanks again buddy.
Mark -- hello and merry Christmas and happy holidays to you my friend! I'm glad that you enjoyed this one -- after all if one can't have fun with music then I guess one just doesn't know how to have fun. I hope the hands are healing and you are well on the way to recovery -- so that we can hear some of your great guitar playing soon!!! Thanks again for the kind words.
You're right -- there might possibly be a song title there. Thank you
Marcus, I do appreciate your listening and that you commented. Thanks!!
Thanks
Frank. I appreciate the kind comments. I have to admit that I have a soft spot for the shuffle also ;>)
Thank you
Bill. Bluesabilly? ---- maybe it will catch on?!?!
Thanks
Scotty! Good to hear from you.
Thanks very much
Kevin. I took a look at your website (most impressive) and took a listen to your cover of the Beatles tune "Girl". Excellent job on that number Kevin.
Hey
Shad. I am glad that you liked it. Thanks for the kind words.
