One of which is a new WoodWorks acoustic guitar plug that's supposed to overcome the piezo pickups DI recording problems. Great, I thought. Then I listened to the demos. El Sucko Extremeo IMHO. What do you guys think?

I don't have UAD, but find it interesting that they're adding a plugin to help compensate for piezo pickup limitations, something that Craig also included in the latest Plat update.  
 

Wow just listened to the Wood Works demos - they sound awful!
I use a Fishman Aura Spectrum to sort of the piezo pickup issue which works very well - still no where near as good as properly micing up your standard acoustic guitar, but there are many instances where you can't do this, so it really helps.
I still have somewhere on my system the Bodulizer software program what does / did the same as the Wood Works plug in but for about a 10th of the price - I think the Bodulizer actually sounds better than those dreadful Wood Works demos!
