C'mon Bapu- who would prefer someone else to shoot? Let's not beat about the bush here.

Call me old fashioned...even a Pollyanna...but with the recent events in Paree I'm not sure idly wondering "who to shoot" is a worthwhile endeavor...humorous or otherwise. YMMV.

Everyone says that craigb, but she was never a beatles (despite dragging her bed into the studio. singing bv's on bungalow bill, acting as muse for marriage of john and yoko, co-starring in video of Something, etc etc)

What I don't get about Yoko is, why does anyone now pay her music any respect. She gets 5/5 reviews as an 80 year old screaming banshee.... what in the world is going on?

But seriously CraigB, you've got to choose one of the 4 Beatles- not the Yokester.

Answer a question exactly as asked?  Wow, you must be new to the Coffee House...
(And, actually, there were more than four Beatles.  In fact, if I must change my choice, I'll take Pete Best.)

cut the crap Craig. There were 4 Beatles. Ok, Stu had a smashing haircut but cmon, the man was NOT a Beatle. Let's try and stick to history Gentlemen. OK

I can't imagine wanting anyone shot who was not a danger to my life.

I wish that no Beatle was ever shot but the fact remains than Lennon was. This is a sort of thought experiment. No one you nominate will actually be shot. That would be illegal. It is a novel way of asking the question " which Beatle do you like the least"?

It seems to befuddle a lot of people who try and mix in current geopolitical news and local gun law prejudices.

It's nothing to do with gun law, or even the recent news events.  It's about not wishing anyone dead.  Is that so hard to understand?

If you meant "Which Beatle do/did you like the least?" then that's what you should ask.

Hehe... Ok, lets stick to history then! And history says...  Pete Best was the original drummer for the Beatles from 1960 to 1962.  So, naturally, I decided to choose him (Stu wasn't there long enough to leave an impression as far as I'm concerned).

If you restrict it only to the four that had the most fame, well, I don't have a least favorite at all.
