Here's a video of a mostly live recording we did a couple of weeks ago.  I did overdub the BG vocals and piano.  The piano sounded awful in the recording ... it was way too dark.

Audio was recorded in Sonar X2 Producer with Focusrite Saffire Pro40 and OctoPre.

The video was edited in Vegas Pro 11.  There are four cameras and we played the song four times for four different camera angles.  Some people wandered in and one of them volunteered to get some handheld shots during one take.

It was an interesting night.  We had to carry all of the equipment up to a second floor using only a tiny elevator which had been installed as an afterthought 40 years after the building had been built.  I was completely worn out.  We did three other songs that night but I haven't even started looking at the footage.

We mainly do aggressive bass and drums under weird, ethereal but sometimes loud and grating synthesizer parts.  This is our most "pop" song so far.

Nice Job all the way around.

Sounded good and loved the video work you have done.

Very well conceived song and video.  I like this style of music very much, and your vocal reminded me of Brandon Flowers of the Killers.  Two thumbs up!

Funny I read about an Island that exits on old maps but now seems to have disappeared if it really have exist at all, it had a name to it Ile de Sable, and should belong to New Caledonia. Enough about that you sounds great and modern and it seems you want to go further with your music - so just book a tour and give the people what the people need - your tunes! Great work
