I think Craig is referring to it being built....upside down.

I prefer to think of it as over under sideways down.

I prefer to think of it as a reflection against a mirror line parallel to the long axis.
Or just built backwards.

That is a BEAUTY... I had forgotten how much I was wanting a 000. Thanks for filling my GAS tank! So anyone who orders a Martin can go there, pick it up, and tour the museum? This is a good thread! Thank you for sharing.

"due to it having both Brazilian Rosewood and Ivory components, they are waiting to hear
back from the corporate lawyers to see if they can even legally buy it."
That is just regulation gone mad; isn't it!
She's a looker for sure!
The "one that got away" for me was a '52 000-21.
The 000's are perfect, IMHO, for single note blues.
I miss her a whole lot more than the '59 Custom, various dc Jr's and the '69 stack.
Just sayin'...

Government wont be happy until they choose our car, where we live, when we can leave he house, what time we go to bed and get up, what we eat, what we drink... and can tax the air we breathe. They will go as far as they can.
A guitar that is not new production should have no restrictions on sale, it is absurd and ONLY about the exercise or power. It helps nothing. It changes nothing except to make me mad.

J,
If it weren't for the Cakewalk TOS, I'd agree with you!

The way the program works is that you have to order the guitar from an authorized dealer and let them know you want the VIP Delivery at the factory. I have an "in" through a friend whose sister-in-law works there, so he helped me with the order as a relative (wink, nod). With the Family Plan, I got mine for 50% of retail and was allowed to pick it up there.

Just to make clear - you don't need to buy a guitar to go to the museum and factory tour :

What? You mean I'm not special?

If I intimated that you had to buy a guitar, I didn't mean to confuse anyone. I'd recommend anyone go to see the place whether they play guitar or not. It's a really cool place with a great vibe.
