This one's even older (1976).  It has a few rough spots.

Very Jackson C. Frank!

I wasn't familiar with Jackson.  I had to look him up.  I can hear enough to understand why you say that.  Thanks, indeed.

He's a folk legend...very sad and tragic life, and his music is full of feeling. He was initially discovered and produced by Paul Simon. His self titled album is well worth a listen, there are some truly amazing tracks on there.

I don't know how I would have missed him.  I'll take a closer look.  Thanks for the letting me know about him.

It's very interesting to hear one's old tapes and songs.  Before drum machines and all these wonderful synthesizers, we actually had to perform and write songs in their entirety.  It just reminds me how laze I've become with this glorious technology we have today.  You have inspired me to get out my acoustic and write a song from beginning to end, one more time, just to remember how it feels.  Good job.

Thanks for that, Lynn.  I'm looking forward to hearing that song.

I love it... reminds me of my old reel-to-reel-hootenanny-days... what was this recorded with?
