I like Bias Desktop a lot.  Certainly a tweaker's dream, and the sounds are in many cases more lifelike than from other amp sims I've tried.  Works great for both guitar and electric bass tracks.  Demo it yourself and see how you like it.
 
I rarely use Guitar Rig anymore -- most of the amps just don't sound that great to me.  It's fun to play with the effects, though.

I demoed BIAS and thought the clean sounds were really nice, the high gain sounds not so much. S-gear still the favorite with me and Kuassa Creme as well.
