I posted an earlier version of this a couple of months ago which contained just the orchestral parts. There were gaps where the other instruments were going to be mixed in.

I have now added the rest so you can hear it as a whole. It probably still needs a few tweaks, but i couldn't resist at long last getting it on here for some comments and feedback.

It's an original composition written by Chris Watson who plays all of the modern instruments. The classical parts were played by several visiting musicians. The vocal is sung by Laurette Watson.

It's a bit of an epic, but hope you enjoy it.

One word.  Fantastic, beautiful, wonderfully played and mixed, great composition.  More than one word?   Oops!

Well, ignore my earlier comment now having heard the entire piece.

I echo Evad's post.

Wonderful job (and by everyone involved)

This sound excellent my friend! The orhcestral parts really makes sense with the rest of the instruments. They were great on their own but finally they have their voice.

The production is really good and fits the mood of the tune nicely. I love the sax, wasn't expecting that at all.

Thanks for sharing!

Superb!  The arrangement, the vocal, and the performance are all first class.  It seemed much shorter that the actual length.  Your composition skills are to be admired.
