They have added Matrix 12 and Solina V. These are also included in the new V collection.

There is a new software manager which seems like it will handle updates. It may not be much use to those that never put their DAW on line but if it works like NI's service centre in checking your version against the latest update I will appreciate that.

the Matrix 12 could be interesting. I am not sure about the Solina, it seems to be well covered elsewhere and its not like the original had a huge variaty of sound.

Arturia have just released the V collection version 4 which has added their new Oberhiem Matrix v, Solian V strings, Spark 2 and the Vox V.

They have also updated most of their soft synths and the licencing software.  Looks like they have changed from the e-licener to their own system.

Thought this may as well be joined as it is the same subject Glynn hope you are OK with that.

I am having a little prob with the matrix it seems to dislike my keyboard controller when used within Sonar it is not responding to note off's every time.

OK when I have hand painted within Staff or PRV.

Well I got a very nice upgrade price, so just purchased this - busy finishing off download now. Really glad I didn't spend anything BF or CM!
Main thing is that all my existing Arturia software had to be updated as well, so this has taken some time!
The new authorization module is quite nice and pretty straightforward, of course with the usual Arturia / French idiosyncrasies!
But all in all, very happy indeed with this V Collection and the new authorization method  - I can now get rid of 4 (I think it is) dongles!

I got the email now with an upgrade pric. It would add Matrix 12 V, Solina V and the VOX Continental V for 149 Euros. I need to think about that one. Do I spend the money i saved by not upgrading Komplete this time around??

I will have to give the demos a try. I wonder is the Continental sufficiently different or better than the one in NI's Vintage Organs and does the Solina beat the one by Hollow Sun? I see Arturia have added the Polymoog Vox Humana patch to it,that is also in my Hollow Sun collection.

Yes, I wonder why there is a difference? Maybe because I got the V collection in the $99 sale a while back????

I did not have the V collection - just had about 6 of the individual synths - so I got the Matrix, Spark, Analogue Lab, Solina,  Vox Continental and Wurlitzer for 169euros, which I thought was pretty good.
Have to say, I am surprised at the Vox - thought it would be very similar to the free Martinac, but I do think it sounds much better - certainly looks better!!!!
