Those first notes really punch, took me by surprise.  The vocals are well done in the contemporary style.  An interesting song and I really liked the chorus.  The vocals in the verse seem a little weak in the mix, but on the chorus it stands out nice.  Cool chorus.  Not as while about the organ break at 2:33 as it didn't have the same powerful vibe as the rest.  Killer chorus!

Daryl - Thanks for the ears - yeah those synths are kind of dirty sounding which I thought contrasted well with the lightness of the chorus sections. As for the CH, I figure that everyone there already knows where the song forum is if they are interested in such things ;)

Daryl C - Yeah pretty sudden that intro - I don't usually do that, so thought I would for a change. Glad you liked it - the chorus is my favorite bit  - really gets in your head. I'll take a look at the vox - they sounded ok my end to be honest, but maybe with fresh ears I'll hear it differently.

I actually listened to this and some of your other songs by clicking on your sig without knowing you posted this in the song forum. I thought to myself, he should post this song, it's damn good!!

I like the whole song as well as the mix, (listening through H-phones)so my opinion may not be accurate......the low end didn't seem very present, but eveything else was well done. 

Listening a 3rd round and the song just grows on you.....well done!!
